Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Place the unworn footwear in its original branded shoebox and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label from our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any old labels.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to any authorized UPS location or drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt to monitor its journey back to our distribution center.
